In our consultations, we discuss your prospects and opportunities together and suggest ways of furthering your career path. We give you job description details such as possible areas of employment, potential earnings and opportunities to develop, and if you wish, we can also go through a potential analysis with you.

At our diagnostic sessions, we perform a potential analysis of your performance and motivational skills. We will give you access to a website, allowing you to take part in a test using the “CAPTain” expert tool. This analysis will give you an insight into your personal work attitude and performance (based on 38 dimensions) and your professional motivations (14 themes), creating your personal overall picture.

The test takes around 45 minutes to complete. Afterwards, there will be a 1.5 hour personal feedback meeting, where we will go over and analyse the results together. The “CAPTain” potential analysis tool gives you career guidance and indicates areas for development, such as the long-term development of personality, team-working skills and leadership capabilities. We recommend our diagnostic services for specialists and managers in particular.
